Free Shipping & Return Policy
Free shipping is applicable for all orders in the continental US and excludes the WriteyDesk
Free Returns: Some larger items are not eligible for free returns these include all whiteboard rolls larger than the size of a 2ft x 3ft whiteboard, paint orders over 500 square feet, and the WriteyDesks.
In order to be eligible for a full refund and free return, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, undamaged, and able to be resold.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund.
Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days of being received at our warehouse.
Cost adjustments for exchanges will be applied to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
Custom cut adhesive whiteboards cannot be returned.
If you entered in the wrong shipping information we will gladly arrange for the proper delivery, you just pay the return and additional shipping fees.
