*Free Returns

In order to be eligible for a full refund and free return, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. We do apologize if you procrastinated for over a year, but all sales after 30 days are final.

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, undamaged, and able to be resold.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. 

Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days of being received at our warehouse.

Cost adjustments for exchanges will be applied to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified.

Some larger items are not eligible for free returns these include all whiteboard rolls larger than the size of a 2ft x 3ft whiteboard, and paint orders over 500 square feet. 

Custom cut adhesive whiteboards cannot be returned.

If you entered in the wrong shipping information we will gladly arrange for the proper delivery, you just pay the return and additional shipping fees.

All US orders over $150 qualify for free shipping and in all likelihood, ship out same-day.

Exchanges

We will exchange any item(s) once received at our warehouse.

Writey Desks do not qualify for free shipping offer (sorry).

Items will be shipped out same day if ordered before 1:00 pm (13:00) PST. Standard Shipping is 3-7 business days after a 24 hour processing time. Rates will vary depending on weight.

Shipping times can also increase outside of the US because of customs inspection. This is out of our control. We also are not capable to make your package be delivered faster once it leaves the warehouse. Any exception you take with the late arrival of your order is your prerogative with the shipping company you chose at checkout.

Delivery of items is typically within 3-7 business days. Holidays and customs may increase the time to deliver.

Original WriteyBoards are a self-adhering, permanent whiteboard solution and are not recommended to be removed from the surface once adhered. * Must be installed within 90 days of delivery.

All WriteyPaints must be applied on a surface that is 100% sealed (example: drywall that is properly primed and painted). Must be applied within 30 days of delivery.

• Warranty is voided if too thin of a coat is applied 
• Warranty is voided if WriteyPaint is applied in an unideal environment.

Writey Co. will examine the product and decide if it’s covered under this limited warranty. Writey Co. will then, at its choice, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product. In these cases, Writey Co. will be responsible for the costs of repairs, spare parts, labor and travel for repair staff that Writey Co. incurs, provided that the product is accessible for repair without Writey Co. incurring additional expenditure to gain access. This will not apply in cases where repair work has not been authorized by Writey Co.. Any defective parts removed in the course of repair works will become the property of Writey Co.. If the item is no longer sold by Writey Co., Writey Co. will provide an appropriate replacement. Writey Co. will decide at its discretion, what will constitute an appropriate replacement.

The limited warranties are valid from the date of purchase. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.

The limited warranties do not apply to products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products. The warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. The warranties do not apply if products have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment or if the products have been used for non-domestic purposes (unless otherwise stated). The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages. For customers in the US only: some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damage, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The warranties are to the benefit of the original purchaser of the product. They are not transferable. For details see the limited warranty conditions and description for each product.

To be able to claim this limited warranty you need to follow the specific care instructions for every product. Every product is covered under limited warranty if Writey spray cleaner, Reemobal spray cleaner, and / or Writey microfiber cloth were used in taking care of the product. All other cleaning agents must be approved by a member of the Writey team via email prior to useage.

These Limited Warranties give you specific legal rights. This limited warranty does not, in any way, affect the rights given to you by law.
