we’ve got the WRITE answers

In order to be eligible for a full refund and free return, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. We do apologize if you procrastinated for over a year, but all sales after 30 days are final.

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, undamaged, and able to be resold.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. 

Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days of being received at our warehouse.

Cost adjustments for exchanges will be applied to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified.

Some larger items are not eligible for free returns these include all whiteboard rolls larger than the size of a 2ft x 3ft whiteboard, paint orders over 500 square feet. and the WriteyDesks. 

Custom cut adhesive whiteboards cannot be returned.

If you entered in the wrong shipping information we will gladly arrange for the proper delivery, you just pay the return and additional shipping fees. 

Your refund will be processed with Authorize.net 

For merchandise returns, please follow the following steps:

1.) You must email help@writeyboards.com, so we may provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Form.

Please fill out the RMA with the proper reason code for your return and submit it back to us.

Without this number clearly written on the outside of the box and on the return slip, your return will not be accepted.

2.) For exchanges, please indicate the alternate color.

For returns, please indicate the reason for return.

3.) Pack your return with the completed form (in the original package) and send it to WriteyBoard at:

Return your package with your carrier of choice. Freight is not refundable and you will be charged shipping for all exchanges. You must include a return address.

Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.

WriteyBoard™ reserves the right to amend, modify, revise and/or rescind in its entirety or any portion of the foregoing return and delivery policies in its sole and absolute discretion.
