*Free Returns
In order to be eligible for a full refund and free return, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. We do apologize if you procrastinated for over a year, but all sales after 30 days are final.
The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, undamaged, and able to be resold.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund.
Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days of being received at our warehouse.
Cost adjustments for exchanges will be applied to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
Some larger items are not eligible for free returns these include all whiteboard rolls larger than the size of a 2ft x 3ft whiteboard, and paint orders over 500 square feet.
Custom cut adhesive whiteboards cannot be returned.
If you entered in the wrong shipping information we will gladly arrange for the proper delivery, you just pay the return and additional shipping fees.

All US orders over $150 qualify for free shipping and in all likelihood, ship out same-day.
Free shipping excludes:
- Orders outside the continental US
- WriteyDesk orders
Exchanges
We will exchange any item(s) once received at our warehouse.
