I did not receive the advertised markers

The markers I received are working fine. They are bright with good tips, and I believe that they will work out.

However, they are not the WriteyBoard brand and are not as large as the Writey Board markers. They don't have the same hand fit. They are the typical round shape and size of every other whiteboard marker.

I am a bit confused. I am guessing that Writey Board markers are sourced from the Universal brand manufacturer. If they erase as well as the Writey Board brand, I will re-order them from another source, where they are significantly less expensive.

NOTE: If Writeyboard was temporarily out of their branded markers and wants to send me a set, I will be happy to change this to 5 stars and modify this review.

Order not received

Have not received. Your phone numbers don’t work. Emails no response. Chat line doesn’t work. I guess I will call credit card people and cancel payment.

Awesome Customer Service

I've been using Writey glue-on boards for many years, and have been totally satisfied with them. They are easy to use and don't require moving around sometimes awkward to move solid boards. I had an issue with a product I had purchased over 3 years ago, and the company took care of it immediately. Writey's customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend all of their products.

Not what I ordered

The markers I received are not Writey markers.

No Markers
