Ratification - creation of Agency Authority.

Roman, a friend of mine, has his own waste disposal business. For the holidays, he decided to throw a massive post-apocalyptic warehouse party. Upon hearing this, a few of his workers, Pooya and Koutafedis approached Roman to ask if they can buy USC tickets and distribute the tickets at the party, and will you pay for them? Roman says absolutely not!

Pooya and Koutafedis go off and purchase 20 tickets and distribute them at the party. Everyone who got a ticket at the party goes up to the Roman (the principal) and says thank you for the tickets! Pooya and Koutafedis did not have permission, no authorization but they did it anyway.

Roman says ENJOY, my pleasure, no problem. By saying this, Roman, authorized, a previously unauthorized act. Sucker!
